For over 7 years this UV coating system has been a “the Gold Standard” in the printing and manufacturing industry. Whether your looking to primer coat sheets of metal or vinyl (roll to roll), this unit has the versatility to do it all. This high speed, easy to use, US manufactured UV coater is available in 2 widths (60” and 80”). It’s 3” substrate thickness capability and max production speed of 100+ Feet per minute allows the coating of just about anything in seconds. Its “independent roller speed control” and pneumatic “metering roller” design allows the user to meter coating weight consistently, while achieving a smooth finish. Its filtered, triple pump coating delivery system handles two coating finishes and a cleaning/wash solution. Its push button, sliding 3 way coating return valve makes cleaning and coating change simple, fast, and safe. This new design allows for a user to switch from one coating to the next within 15 minutes without cross contamination. To insure that no coating is transferred to the back of the coated substrate, we include a “double edged doctor blade” system.

Looking to coat roll to roll materials. No problem.  The UV60/80 “roll to roll” option is optimal for coating PSV, wall covering and other roll-based substrates. With an average production of 60 Feet per minute, a roll can be coated in under a minute. Eliminating, trimming, waste that is common when applying traditional film laminating.
