The CS-24 is an offline, sheet-fed UV coating system that produces a high-quality finish on a wide variety of inks, toners, and substrates.  This low-maintenance, easy to use system allows for effective coating of material at a very low average cost.

Our adjustable metering system and “independent roller speed control” allows the operator to adjust coating weight and surface smoothness with easy. The user friendly 3 tank coating and wash system provides for an easy switch from one coating finish to another in minutes. This unit also includes an IR lamp heating system-ideal for coating adhesion for wax-infused toners and dual-doctor blade scraper system. With access doors on each side of the machine and a removable coating drip tray, operation and maintenance is a breeze.

The CS-24HA is height-adjustable, ideal for protecting and finishing rigid substrates up to an .75” thick such as metal, styrene, coroplast, corrugated material, foam board, and other printable substrates. Whether you’re into printing, packaging, or manufacturing this is the unit of choice that provides the industry with the most dynamic system to tackle nearly any application requirement.
