At Brilliant Coating Solutions all of our equipment is CE approved. Each model comes equipt with “independent roller speed control”.  No other UV coater in the market offers this technology. This equipment advancement finally allows a user to monitor the coating weight while controlling the coatings surface (smooth/textured) consistently. 

All equipment comes with 3 coating tanks/pump lines. This insures for an easy automated cleanup and minimizes time while performing coating changeover.  With the exception of the CS-24 (standard), all our HA coaters can run up to .75” thick substrates. This is ideal for shops & manufactures who are direct printing onto rigid substrates. Traditional offline UV coaters are only designed for thinner substrates like traditional printing media. All of our equipment uses only stainless steel and finished aluminum for a strong sturdy build that lasts.
